The Last Lion: Winston Spencer Churchill: Defender of the Realm, 1940-1965, which I'd been
eager to read, but this being a busy time and it being a long book, I haven't gotten past the London Blitz. So for now I'll just note an interesting NY Times Magazine
article about its unusual making, and a notably inane and self-indulgent WSJ
