My articles at Research, a magazine for financial advisors, twice won the Excellence in Financial Journalism Award from the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA).

My recent projects include In DeWitt's Footsteps, a book about the Erie Canal and DeWitt Clinton, which ties together history, family history, travel descriptions and photographs of the canal's modern and historic routes.
